Cant redeem my loan pack
I opened a rare mega pack and i got an loan pack and now i cannot redeem it and continue to open my rewards

Thanks for letting us know you are experiencing this. This is definitely on our radar! We've received a few reports on this and have a main thread live here: Can’t claim to pack. We'll update that thread when we have news to share. I'll close this out here in the meantime.
