89+ FUT Birthday Issue

I had completed at the last moment this SBC while sacrificing 3 of my FUT birthday players, as this SBC had 3 sub squads to complete. Once I completed the last one, i got error message like "Something went wrong...". I thought it was be as usual issue with EA FC 25 and checked again in SBC the SBC wasn't available, so i thought it would be completed. when i checked the store, the 89+ wasn't available?

Please help om the same.

    Did you restart the game and check again?
    Did you check packs in store on App and In game? If its not available then try approaching EA help - https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/using-ea-help/
