Ok, im not the best at all but does anyone have any tactics that will help me keep my sanity.

4231 then have defenders stay back or attacking depending on time and score.
for me 4-4-2 and 4-4-1-1(2) are the best to control the game, tactics are personal, depends what kinda players u have etc... and what type of player u are
