Attacking Avalanche 1 bug with finesse shot

Like some of the users who carried out chain evolutions including attacking avalanche 1. And they were harmed because the game had a bug and still did not grant the second playstyle plus.

I have been patient seeing that other users had reported it. Waiting for them to give a solution, the problem is that 3 weeks have passed and they still haven't communicated anything!...

I have entered the forum and I find that there are multiple topics and it does not seem that any person who works at EA has come forward. And at " https://x.com/EASFCDirect " it's more of the same without comments.

Provide a solution soon, it is of no use to me if you solve a problem in a month when I pay for this and I still don't receive it.

  • Hello everyone, the truth is I hate making this post, but it is a complaint that is almost a month old and we still have no communication from you. So I don't understand what the objective of this forum is. If they don't help.

    There is a bug with an evolution (attacking avalanche 1) that was supposed to give 2 playstyle plus, its cost was 250 thousand coins. But the reality is that some people who chained it in the following way.

    Press proven -Acrobatic star -Attacking avalanche 1 only received 1 playstyle. We waited patiently reporting the error, without there being a single response from you either here or in https://x.com/easfcdirect.

    I also contacted EA Help but as usual they don't help at all, they just say to post here. Friend, what else do you want me to do?? There are 10 pages of the error and not one response. So tell me what we do, if later there are errors like that of Halaand, Messi or translation errors with the contents of the packs that they "solve" shortly, but they don't even appear here. And as I said this was a paid evolution, so it falls into the scam category.

    Please we want a solution, since I have not received something that I paid for a month ago. Or at least a statement, to know that they are "working" to solve it or they are going to refund what we paid.

    Yesterday I wrote a post, precisely saying that I need to talk to a Community Manager, but to no one's surprise they read the post, they "moderate" them but they are unable to write or communicate with me.

    So what is the purpose of this forum?

  • We continue with the same error, and now the TOTY BLUEPRINT evo is added. Meanwhile EA, its developers, and the community managers still do not appear.
