Banned for nothing

Why i get banned? i try to finish rush objective for 3 days when i already finished it I get banned and I can’t take objective reward!!

I'm sorry, we won't know why you were banned from the forums, but our Terms of Service team can take a look. Please fill out the webform to send in an appeal to that team if you believe a ban was added by mistake.

I can’t finish rush game 

end of the match i got error window, I don’t know if that ban or usually bug in this game

    Usually, the error message that pops up offers some suggestions. What did the error message say?

      It says “ The ea servers are unable to process your request at the current moment. Please try again later.“ 

      for 13 times it same 

      I have restarted the ps , wifi modem, shut off everything , always the same
