Battlefield 6... controller on pc problems

Hi, so im using the turtle beach recon controller on pc and when im playing and going to aim down sights the gun will automatically shoot... making it impossible to do any sniping... but it also happens randomly when im using the side arm or other weapons as well? Is this a controller issue or is this a bug that I can report and if so... where do I report that?
