    I'm sorry, but we can't look into this for you. It's as our forum blog 'What EA staff here can help with' shares;

    We can’t handle bans or appeals here. Please don't ask us to remove or review bans as it's not something we can take any action on.

    EA_cuervo is correct, you need to reconnect with the Terms of Service team if you feel there's been a mix-up with a ban. They only operate through email - there is no other way to get help with ban cases, and there is no other way to speak to them about it. 

    As we can't investigate this on the forums and as there is no new information we can share, I'll close this thread off here. Please follow the advice we've already shared to get help with ban cases.

Regretfully this appears to be a common occurrence among many people who are unaware that this was the first time the company had been involved with such large scale operations in its own time and the company was not only the first company in history to be involved with this kind of operation but the second time it was also involved in this particular operation therefore  it is hoped that this operation will cease and innocent people will be able to return to the game and be able to play again without any problems.
