Champions Finals glitch/error

Hello, I won the Finals match in tie breaker.  The moment my team was celebrating, the writing appeared which said, “EA Servers Error” then it kicked me out of Ultimate Team. I thought since my team won and was celebrating, this would add to my winning streak. But the moment I entered FUT, it said that I exited the match with the Did Not Finish message. I was on a very good streak and this server error ruined it. Please kindly look into it and give me the win. It was supposed to be 6-2, now it says 5-3. It might have something to do with the other player too, so I’m sending you the id, just in case.
