Compensation please

I recently bought a pack witch was 1000 FC points that I bought with my own money, I bought a 94+ any tots guarantee pack, I opened the pack however this pack did not contain the tots that I was guaranteed to get, I wish to get some compensation if not possible anything would be appreciated.
