Complaint
Regrettably, I am extremely dissatisfied around the experience I have received.
To look back, I have communicated around 10 times over the exact same problem, this is across around 3 different cases as well for some reason I had multiple numbers for the exact same problem. Not only from this, I waited around a week for the first response to then be told there was an issue and as there was no communication I need to raise a new case if I still needed help.
I felt I was repeating myself often on this issue to ultimately be told were sorry we cannot help if you cannot give the specific information as I mentioned that I have gone through this so many times.
I feel like this situation is an EA glitch which I understand happens but this does not help me after spending so much time actually getting the rewards and now trying to fix it.
I feel something is warranted for my time wasted and the inconsistent and unhelpful service I have received.
I look forward to hearing your response on this and hope you see and agree my point (including something as a form of resolution).
