Did not receive my SBC rewards
After patch 8 I completed both Marquee Matchups and 10x83+ sbcs but rewards don't appear in the shop.
What can I do?

I ve just finish the 1st sbc of the group and I didn't receive the the mixed players pack
I didn't receive the 1st award from marquee matchups sbc and also didn't receive the 81×2 players pack from daily log in sbc. I ve just made anly rltheese two until now.
Today I didn't received Marquee matchups SBC. What's the problem?

I managed to complete about 50% of the ronaldinho SBC that was released today (16/01/25) but after a squad update , The SBC as well as a marquee matchup sbc has completely disappeared.
It also disappeared for a few colleagues (but re-appeared for 1 of them after he restarted the game)
however it is still gone for the rest of us.
i have the same issue with my numeroft tactics upgrade and did not get the packs also my objective rewards did not receive packs
- @Maserotonina Are you checking in game or on App? Do you have any other packs in 'My Packs' section?
I have just completed this Sbc and when I go on I sent it to my club when I go to put the player in my squad it is not there I have tried to reset my game and try and see if I completed it , it says I have but it is not there
