Disonnection issues with Squad Battles and solo Drafts this week

For several days now I've had the problem that I keep getting an error message saying that my internet connection to the EA servers has been interrupted. So logically I don't get any coins as a reward, in single player drafts I can never finish the 4th game and in Squad Battles, for example, I have "lost" 3 games this week due to this error, which means that I have not received any Squad Battles points and therefore no possibility of reaching the top divisions such as Elite 1, 2 or 3. This problem bothers me because I naturally checked and tested my internet connection as soon as the problem first occurred. The Internet runs smoothly and also worked on other devices in these cases, which is why I assume that there must be a fault with the EA servers. So now I'm wondering: do I have a chance of getting my draft tokens or the rewards or, in the case of Squad Battles, the chance of getting 3 more games because they weren't "lost" through no fault of my own? It just annoys me that I put my time into the game, but then my reward fails because of the EA Servers. By the way, this problem only occured in "offline" gamemodes, Online Drafts and Division Rivals seem to work perfectly. I also have a PS+ membership (I add this Information because I was asked this by the support). At least there's hope, I have contacted the support and they are looking into the problem. I just hope that this problem doesn't occur next week, apart from that I sadly don't think EA will have a chance to refund those lost rewards.
