Dispute review!

Hi all,

How long does it take for EA to review a dispute for a "sanction"? I raised a ticket 7 days ago, and every day it says "updated 13:00" then "updated 16:00" and so on, but there has been no actual response. 

I received a ban for "distributing and purchasing coins from 3rd party", but I have not purchased or participated in coin distribution. In fact, I don't even play FUT, I just started this week, and I only play as co-op with a friend for fun, because co-op season is boring and too easy. I played co-op seasons in FIFA 22, FIFA 23, FC 24, and FC 25. Never played FUT before, and never had any bans or sanctions. 

How can I expedite this? I am technically unable to play the game at this point. I don't even have a goalkeeper and can't purchase one from the transfer market 😂
