Really isn’t a way to fix it. They have tried better rewards. They have tried not allowing relegation. They removed friendlies being tied to it. They tried lowering the time for seasons. You can’t go back to the old divisions as those were even worse. People always find away around it.
Why have relegation? What’s wrong with staying in div 2 or div 1? And then expanding on the rewards within Elite Division
