You can test your connection and compare it from the other days. Here is ea explaining how below. You can also turn on the online input overlay. One controller is your local inputs the other controller on screen is connected to the server. So count the seconds between button presses on screen. If you can count 1 second between the two on screen then you have one second delay.

It’s more than likely going to be your isp. If this was a server or game issue it wouldn’t only be on Tuesday. It sounds like maybe your isp does maintenance then.
