If you're missing coins and players, you might have better luck if you reach out to our live support team via a chat. Follow the steps in this article first to make sure your account is safe, and then reach out via the link there. It gives me the option to chat, it should do so for you too.
An agent made the last case. There is no real hope with the support team you guys have. Give me an actual answear or help me for real, you only responded with a generic reply.
About the same thing just happened to me someone hacked my EA account recently but i recovered it after a few days but when i logged in to play i find that i am banned I've emailed EA three times and proving proof that my account was hacked but they denied all 3 appeals. Now i don't even know what else there is to do cause EA support team aren't doing much help they keep denying my appeals and giving me short replies so i lost all hope (Countless hours of grinding gone just like that)
