playing game since 4 days might have played 100 matches but no access to transfer market on web and companion app why?

a lot of us are still waiting. We have been playing for 12 days and the pre release has been on September 20th!
we have paid a good amount of money for the pre release and the game. Is there any news?
all support cases are getting closed with the mention that the case has been solved.
3-4 days are okay but I have never waited more than a week. Now it’s 2 weeks.
any solution for me?
