Error when selecting reward at lvl 40 season pass

I unlocked lvl 40 in the season pass and i would've liked to get the icon pick. But when i clicked X instead of getting to choose between Firmino, the 87*10 or icon pick, i just got Firmino. Normally...

I’ve had the exact same problem, just got to level 40 and wanted to choose the icon pick but I automatically got firmino, i didn’t get the option to choose between firmino , 87+x10 or icon pick. I really wanted to choose the icon pick and I would love to get compensation for the error. Please.

it happend on 2 march 2025 around 19:50 (+1) and my PlayStation account it JowF-kennedy
