Escalation Request Missing Season Pass Rewards Premium Pass

I’m writing to formally escalate an unresolved issue with my EA FC 25 account regarding Season Pass rewards that were auto-claimed but never delivered to my club, including player picks and packs from the Premium Pass. Despite unlocking the rewards, I was never given a chance to select or receive them.

I’ve already spoken with two support agents through live chat, who were kind and professional but unfortunately unable to offer any solution other than directing me to the forums which I’ve already tried without success.

As a longtime player and now content creator who genuinely enjoys FC 25, this issue is disheartening especially during Ultimate TOTS, a key time for building competitive squads. I’ve invested time, effort, and money into the game, including purchasing the Premium Pass, and to lose out on essential content without any resolution is simply unfair.

I am respectfully requesting that this case be escalated to a team or individual with the authority to investigate my account and restore the missing content or provide equivalent compensation.

If this issue cannot be resolved, then, I’d be open to a 96 rated Immortal R9 to help soften the blow.

Thank you for taking the time to read this. I look forward to a resolution so I can continue supporting and enjoying EA FC 25 as I always have.

    Same here i didnt realize the season was ending and forgot to claim my rewards from 31-40!!! Missed ribery or at least the tradable pack i thought itd be auto claiming one at least

    It is simply sad. I even reached out to live chat and the advisor claimed he couldn't do anything. If I remember correctly I only claimed Lala and another player and missed out on the rest 🤦🏽‍♂️

    I have been in the same issue as all the premium pass items were auto claimed on EA WEB APP, but the EVO items I redeamed were not appeared in my EVO/COSMATIC section. They were just disappeared and support agents could not to check two questions:
    1、 Are those items send to my account?
    2、 Did I quick sell or used those Items?
    They just say that they can not check account storage. They just not willing to do so. If something went wrong due to network communication, they are not bothered to check.
