Evolution: testing of time

I started an evolution called the test of time , I putted the player : walker ( RB ) in that evolution and paid fifa points to do him , then from what I remember I didn’t press cancel ( if I did it it was by accident, but I’m pretty sure that I didn’t cancel it , because I needed this upgrade and it warned me if I cancel I will lose the points with no refund , so I didn’t cancel anything ) when I returned to evolution to check on him ( from both my PSN 5 and from the ea app ) he was no longer there …

So my issue is that I want to upgrade my player ( walker as RB ) just like the challenge say but I don’t know what happed , and I’m new to this evolution idea and paid  fifa points for this important evolution to me , so can you please put him in the evolution for me again or see what is wrong ? Because I really want and need him to be upgraded, I don’t want to lose him by any  chance please and the challenge will expire soon . I already spoke to someone asking for help but my issue didn’t solve yet .

So please help me to get back my evaluation card and upgrade my player that I paid fifa points for .
