Fc 25 evo cup problem

Hello I’m was recently playing your new Shapeshifters Evo cup and when I was on my last match to acquire 16 wins and the 87x7 pack. I was up 1-0 in the 13:26 min, it showed me a message that something went wrong with the EA servers and logged me out. My problem is that the match (That I was winning) didn’t count and my last match was wasted, so now I’m wondering if there’s anything someone can do to help me acquire my rewards.
