fc 26 early pre order
i preordered fc 26 ultimate early edition for the preorder icons before the time expired and i havent gotten the 99 shooting evo or player pick so im confused.

i had friends who preordered on the same day i did and they got their 99 shooting evo and the icon pick i think the next day.
Strange, I got mine very quickly.
yes i paid on the 26th before the cut off date and time, it said it was gonna expire at 5am my time on the 27th i paid way before then, it even says i own the “FC 26 ultimate early edition pre order” so im confused.

Hello lamidz ,
It's important that the account who made the purchase is the same as the one you are playing Ultimate team currently.
Check your purchase history and find out if it is the same Gamertag/Username.
Double check the date as well because the 26th or August was the cut off date.
