FC POINTS NOT TRASNFERRING

Question

Firstly, I don’t have the option to buy fc points through the game. So I went and bought some through the PlayStation 5 store. I bought 1050 and it said that it went through and I even got a receipt. I went to the game and the points weren’t in my account. If it’s important to have I have a disc of fc 25. I refreshed the game a couple times and I still don’t have it. Please help

It’s been two days😢 I emailed them EA and they didn’t answer so I’ll call Sony today and see if they could help

The most common reason is you bought them for a different year than 25. Make sure you didn’t buy points in 24.&nbsp;

Hey there ad10erd&nbsp;Sometimes the points don't update immediately🤷‍♂️ &nbsp;Please allow 24 hours for the points to show before contacting @EA_Help if they do not appear.
