I am not sure who you would have to contact Sony or ea. Try contacting one or both see if they can help you. Before that make sure you didn’t buy them for 24 instead of 25 that’s a common mistake.

As mentioned above, double-check your purchase history and confirm whether those are FC 25 or FC2 points and if the transaction has been completed.
