FC25 hourly/daily SP cap, Missing SP

Due to the hourly SP limit (which I just found out about), I couldn’t receive the rewards for 4 of the Season 10 missions — a total of 6000 SP.

Now, even if I complete all the missions, I can’t reach 30,000 SP and therefore can’t finish the season pass.

As shown in the screenshots, there are 12 missions I completed, each giving 1500 SP, so it should total 18,000 SP, but only 12,000 SP is shown.



EDIT: I don’t think they ever fixed it. If you use Steam, just use SAM to unlock it. If you play on other platforms, good luck — there’s nothing you can do about this company. Personally, I won’t buy any FC game anymore, probably not any other E* titles either.     I have the same issue I'm stuck at 28500/30000sp forever because of that.

    Is there any fix?

  • I contacted EA Support again just now here’s what they said:

    They confirmed that the EA game team is aware of the problem where players aren’t getting XP or Season rewards even after completing objectives, and that it’s currently under investigation.

    The advisor said the team is actively working on a fix, but they don’t have an exact time frame yet. They’re asking everyone to be patient while the studio works on resolving it, and said it’ll be fixed as soon as possible.

    They also mentioned that lots of players are facing the same issue, especially after finishing matches or completing several objectives at once.

    So yeah, EA knows about it and it’s on their side. They said they’re trying their best to come up with a proper solution. Hopefully we’ll all get our missing XP or rewards soon.

    Hope this helps anyone going through the same issue!

  • I contacted them and they said it should be resolved within 48-72 hrs and I’d get an email if the issue is from their side and the case would be closed if there’s a fix. My case closed an hour after this and I still didn’t get an email. I have 3 rewards left and they didn’t even see to know or mention there was a cap

    ea help says its known issue and under investigation so I suggest everyone to write ea help daily to make this fix

    I have the exact same critical issue! I also lost 9000 SP due to this unannounced 'Hourly SP Limit Reached' bug.

    Like you, I can no longer complete the Season Pass because of the missing points.

    Have you heard any official response from EA or a fix from the technical team yet? We need these points manually credited to our accounts ASAP.
