Game delay and matchmaking

I played 5 games away today, what an unfair matchmaking and every move from my players is delayed Every time I take the ball it rebounds to my opponent, any opponent player tackles the ball easily and clean, stupid daylight matches, stupid animations
my attackers move AI movement is terrible the move to be shadowed by the opponent defenders so I have no passing options 

I have my switches on closest to the ball but the game never picks the closest player

very expensive evolutions and the value is very small

After all of this I’ll never buy this product again

i want to refund my money since the first week but I was wrong to preorder the game a mistake that I won’t repeat
