Games gone due to server

I was playing the new ‘immortality league’ for the 92 Maldini card. As I was on 24 wins with 3 games remaining I was disconnect for all 3 games and now I’ve lost them and so I’m not able to obtain the Maldini card. Is there anything I can do about this? I’ve reached out to EA HELP and they said I needed to start the discussion to get an EA manager to compensate my losses and Maldini, but I don’t know if this will even help one tiny bit. Please help me out.
