Got disconnected but my Connection was always there.

I was playing a Weekend League Match my 13th and after maybe 60-70 min Gametime I was disconnected. I can see my WiFi router and it showed me that I had connection at the time. Also i was watching videos on YouTube. So it can’t be my connection. I wanted to get the reward for 15 games. What about it EA.
