Help! My Players Vanished After Buying! 😭
So, I had a bit of a **bleep** happen last Sunday (April 6th) and was wondering if anyone else has had something similar happen.
I was trying to snag Dybala and Pedro for my Ultimate Team on PS5, went through the whole buy process, and BAM! Coins gone. But guess what? No Dybala, no Pedro. Nada. Zilch. 😩
Seriously gutted because that's a chunk of coins just poof gone into thin air, and I'm still rocking the same old squad. Feels like I got robbed by the game itself! 😠
I've literally checked everywhere - my transfer list, my unassigned items, even gone through my entire club multiple times just in case they glitched in somehow. I even scoured the transaction history in the store, but there's no record of the purchase actually delivering the players. This whole **bleep** is making me crazy!
Has anyone else had this happen where you buy players and they just... disappear? Any ideas what I should do? I've already sent a proper message to the support team, but figured I'd see if the community has any wisdom to share. This bull**bleep** needs to get sorted.

Hey bourne2b I understand that you are having trouble finding your player items.
Please note that players cannot simply disappear from your account. If you cannot find players on your team, they may have been quick sold or used to complete Squad Building Challenges.
