Help

Hello, i need help to fix my game, basicly when i load into a game of Ultimate Team, Rivals or Champs it crashes when it shows their team, if his team has an evo of a player that hsx the arrows across its card example. Tu Eres Mi Idolo evo fully made. I cannot do any evos like that because of the arrows it doesnt even load my team and it is so annoying i get a x2 in my rivals and it crashes i get a lost, losing games that i didnt even played this issue is from December and noone helped me from EA. Any suggestions on fixing this problem. It is on my PS5
