i’ve been robbed of 500,000 coins

So I bought the new Premium Pass using coins on the Web App this morning at roughly 8am after I’d claimed my Rivals Rewards. Everything was fine this morning on the Web App, but now I’m on FC25 Ultimate Team on the actual game, and it’s now saying I don’t own the Premium Pass. Please fix this because I really don’t want to have to buy it a second time.

And for anyone that responds to this, I forgot to screenshot me purchasing the Premium Pass, so if any devs/admins or whoever responds to this, is it possible to check transaction history e.g what I have bought with coins/FC Points?
