I did not get my icon pick

Do you happen to record your gameplay?  Without some backing evidence, this one will be hard to get assistance on.  I could easily say I did the same thing to try and snag a free Icon pick.  If you genuinely submitted lots of cards, that sucks and it needs looked at but there are far too many people trying to cheat the system.

It's unlikely that they'll be able to do anything - but what I'm trying to figure out if this is an actual bug.  You're the only instance of this issue I've seen so I appreciate you helping!

in the clip you can see i submit the sbc then nothing happens and i go to the store and there’s the mega pack and premium mixed players pack from the 87-86 squads but nothing from the 85 and no group reward. 

When you submit, it would have had the splash screen "85-rated Squad" Completed; then the next screen would have showed your reward (the pack).  The fact that neither of those things are there means that clip isn't helpful.  You also don't show yourself going into the Icon SBC with the 86 and 89 completed.

The only way I could properly escalate this would be if your clip showed you entering the SBC, I'd see that the 86 and 89 are completed, you submitting the 85 squad, claiming the last reward and immediately you'd be prompted for the Icon pick and that not happening, and then you navigating to try and find the Icon pick with it being nowhere. The packs in your trade pile could have been there so that doesn't really help much.

People can be very elaborate when trying to trick EA.  I'm not saying this is you; but unfortunately, this video clip doesn't validate anything. I also want to re-iterate, If you were able to show everything needed, you likely wouldn't get an Icon pack compensation, you'd be helping us identify a real bug.

crazy how ea have no way of seeing what sbcs have been completed on what account.

its hard to show anything else because xbox doesnt allow for more than 1 minute clips and it took me that long to realise i should clip this just in case and thats what i did, it also shows that the 85 squad isnt completed even though the clip shows me submitting the squad, I dont care about an 85 squad though. I just want my icon pick, I definitely dont need a free one because ive done about 15 of them over the last 2 weeks. I literally did another one after this happened. 

They are able to do that type of research but they can't do it on a 1 to 1 basis.  That's how the compensation works when there are issues wide spread. 

With you being the first I'm seeing this, its not wide spread...yet.  I wish the clip showed more, but it's just not enough for us to say its a bug.  I'm not claiming you're doing anything bad, but it just doesn't show enough.  I'd be frustrated too man!

You pack anyone in those 14?  I'm going hard for Gullit and I'm like 10 in and I've gotten Carlos Alberto, Thunderstruck Rooney. . .2 useable ones atleast.  I can't complain, I hit Base Mia Hamm in November and Base Henry in early January!!

yeah i have had some good ones, but far out how can a billion dollar company not be able to resolve an issue like that lol. how is 1 to 1 compensation not a thing, how has a problem ea has turned into. problem for me.
