Hello. I’ve watched nearly watched the stream for 2 hours from youtube and I’ve refreshed the stream time to time just to be sure. However, even if I get the Benzema loan reward, I didn’t get the 1 hour watch reward.
This missing rewards issue is very frustrating. First, you didn’t give rivals rewards and didn’t solve the issue for literally one season and now this. Please fix these issues.
Has anyone received their one hour viewership award from this past Monday? I watched the stream for 2 hours and got my 15 minute reward, but not the one hour. When I contacted support in chat, they said the problem was affecting millions of players (which is odd, because only about 30-40,000 people were watching when I was on) and it was sure to be resolved soon. That was 3 days ago.
I'm sure that EA will let this hang for a few more days and then, once the objective expires, say "Sorry, it doesn't look like you watched long enough, no packs for you."
I hope I'm wrong.
I also watched more than 1hour and 30 minutes and i get no rewards. In the previews live i get them correctly!
This is so disappointing from EA side, cause all the people that have the same problem, have spent money in this game....
Please do something.
I had the same problem. Waiting for EA assistance to help out after three emails no one reply and they closed two of the cases. I am sorry guys but we will never see this rewards. They just don't care and soon we will go over it. Thanks EA! And thanks for the community to just don't care of the frustration of who is trying to enjoy a game that I play since 1998! Cheers
i watched this event for the second time now for 3 hours and didnt get the correct packs in my account, i didnt get the icon compensation i was due, this terrible game is broken do not buy it

I have watched more than 2hours of live translation, but objectives are still not done.
Youtube and twitch are already connected to EA account. Tried to watch live translation through phone and PC, but still doesnt work

I sat and watched the fc pro live for 2 hours to make sure I got the rewards and I haven’t recieved any and this be sorted
I have watched the livestream for at least 2 hours when it was live, i only got the reward for watching 15 mins. When will I get the reward for watching 60 mins

My account is linked to YouTube and Twitch. I watched LIVE several times EA account videos and never had my rewards. This year many many players are complaining. So next time if it happens again I will stop watching for ever. And by the way the rewards is very humble comparing to the time we give to EA shows...
