Issue summary- it won't let me upgrade my season pass to premium with the 500k coins that I have. Has been going on for a week across 2 season passes I have wanted to upgrade. Gives the message there was an error completing your acquisition with the server on my PC and the acquisition of the premium pass failed on web/companion app and doesn't activate the premium pass for me although I have over 500k. I have tried restarting my game, logging in and out of my accounts on all platforms, restarting my PC and I even uninstalled and reinstalled the entire game and yet still had the same outcome every time.
Region- United Kingdom (England)
Most recent time I tried: 15:52- 14/07/2025- British time zone (but tried at least 30 times over a week before hand
ISP- idk what that means but on Google it says it means Internet provider, if so- gigaclear
Also, i couldn't get through to your team before about this but if you're looking into my account can you check why I still haven't gained access to the transfer market on companion/web app despite going on there pretty much everyday and playing on my PC 80% of days since I installed the game a couple of months ago. When I looked into it, it said about going on the companion app and playing 5 full games for 5 days or something along those lines to unlock it but I must have done that at least 20 days and still haven't unlocked it so I would appreciate if you could look into that too although this season pass issue is the priority.
