I ordered on the 26th directly thru the promotion you guys were running offering the icons etc in fc26 and the content in fc25, I’m on the same account I pre ordered on I’ve been on fc25 to try claim my content it’s clear scamming and false advertising, if I don’t receive content I want my order cancelled and my money back, email me on.

The deadline to qualify for the additional content in FC 25 by pre-ordering FC 26 early was August 26, 2025, at 9:00 pm PT.

HeyEA_Claus any help for me its been about 17 days since i preordered (same account as the one connected to ea however different regions) tried all the steps yet no sign of preorder bonuses showing up on fc25

I can share our guide to updating your EA account details, including the regional settings, to match your platform account region and geographic location.
If that doesn't work and you pre-ordered on PlayStation or Xbox, please get in touch with the PSN or Xbox support team to have a closer look at the platform account's regional settings and check if there were any other problems with the pre-order due to the region mismatch.

My cousin preordered the ultimate edition of fc26 after 9pm pt on August 26, 2025. Does he still qualify for the preorder bonuses in fc26 such as the icon pack?

The cut-off date was August 26, 2025, at 9:00 p.m. PT.
If your cousin placed the pre-order after the cut-off time, they will not be eligible for the additional early pre-order content.

i also pre ordered on august 26 before 9pm PT on my ps5 account and still haven’t gotten any pre order rewards on fc 25, i really hope i won’t get fleeced on my pre order icons.
