I preordered fc 26 ultimate edition 10 days ago and still didnt get the rewards.

What platform did you preorder FC 26 on? The additional content in FC 25 might not be available on your platform.

For instance, the offer for Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 versions of FC 26 does not include the EA SPORTS FC 25 Content.
