I Quit

EA doesn’t care about their customers and for that reason I am done with this game and will never give EA money ever again. I have spent countless hours on support chat, email support, and in these forums for help with an issue that EA knows about and apparently refuses to fix. If you are going to offer rewards to players then you need to deliver, it’s not that hard. I know this post will fall on deaf ears but I’m putting it out there anyway. 

for those of you that will continue on with EA my only advice is stop feeding their money machine, it’s the only way they will listen to their community.
