I was hacked

Question

So I was hacked on the 29th of December, the hacker had spent all my coins,quick sold all my players, used all my quick sell recovery and changed all my information.

Now I made a case with ea ( witch was not easy to do )

Now ea had refunded me 330000 coins but this was the amount the hacker had spent. And ea had closed my case and said it was fixed ( without conformation that I was happy)

Now when I log in to my ea help there is an option to carry on a case, so I click this for it to give me no option to do anything, so I make a new case ( and yet again no chat option )

So I log out and wonder behold I can make a live chat.

So I'm in this chat and there telling me that I've been given 330000 coins for my players, WELL NOW

I had Bellingham road of the knock out stage champ league worth 1 million

And the list goes on ( screenshot attached )

Now I am on about my 9th case about this (with ea not actually communicating with me )

Has anyone ever had this and did you ever get your players back ?

If you're not getting the chat option when trying to contact support, can you please try:&nbsp;

Go to:&nbsp;https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/
Select the game you need assistance with or EA App
Select "I want to update my EA Account information"&nbsp;
Scroll down the page to find the "Chat with us" option

If the chat doesn't show up, please try doing that while logged out. Once selecting the chat option it will ask you to log in, but you can select the option to continue without logging in.
