I'm not asking for too much, just listen to what the Middle East players want, folks. This is a request from a lot of people, not just the Middle East. It's crazy that someone in Europe has to play on a Middle Eastern server and can't even get a smooth experience. Honestly, this goes both ways

If you are getting put on Europe servers it’s likely because of the way your isp routes you.  Europe wouldn’t be playing on your server if you are connecting to theirs. Your match history should show the difference between pings on the closest server vs Europe server.  Ea has explained that and how to test it here.

Why do some players connect to a distant game data center?

EAS FC will always try to connect you to online matches on your best game data center. Although that’s often the nearest one, this isn’t always the case.

Internet service providers (ISP) generally don’t send data from Point A to Point B directly. They route this data across locations, sometimes across the globe. This can be a physical networking infrastructure limitation of some ISPs or part of their business model. These decisions are ultimately handled by ISPs based on their unique needs and situations.

In some cases, your connection to a game data center is the best connection available at the moment, even if it’s farther away. However, your connection can be routed elsewhere if internet issues impact the route that your network traffic would normally take, or if one of our game data centers is experiencing technical problems.

So when will a server in Saudi Arabia be added, or a feature to set a specific server for FC25? This is a request from everyone

I think Dubai would be your closest server but not sure. 

So how am I supposed to connect to the Dubai server if that's the closest one to me? There's no option showing that I'm actually connected to Dubai. My service provider isn’t being honest about the issue — they keep saying the speed is great and the ping depends on the game and its servers. What am I supposed to do in this situation

You can try the connection faq here see if it helps. Other than that and contacting your isp not much you can do.  If it’s a server issue ea would need to fix it. 

If you want more detail on it the fifa 19 pitch notes I believe explains how Mexico City gets routed to Dallas because of their isp despite Mexico City having a server in their city. I don’t have the link on hand they did 5-6 server pitch notes in the past so would just have to go through them.  The quote I posted earlier from the help page is just a shorter version. 

But yeah isp routes don’t make sense. You would think Mexico City would connect to Mexico City but they don’t. 

i'm tired, man I've drained all my energy and spent so much money trying to fix this issuse, but nothing has worked for me 😞
