Inaccurate Playtime Tracking & Transfer Market Access Issues

I am writing this message out of serious concern, as both I and many other players in the community are facing major issues with EA Sports FC 25. Despite daily commitment and consistent gameplay, there are significant system errors affecting the player experience and progress for users like myself.

Issue 1: Inaccurate Playtime Tracking
Since launch, I have been playing multiple matches daily across various game modes. Unfortunately, this is not being accurately reflected in my account. The number of matches played and my overall progress do not align with my actual in-game activity. This discrepancy prevents me from making fair progress, and my efforts are not being recognized as they should be.

Issue 2: No Access to the Transfer Market
Despite following the official guidelines outlined on your support page (EA Help - Transfer Market Access) and playing several matches daily, I still do not have access to the Transfer Market on the Web and Companion apps. This issue is widespread, as clearly evidenced by multiple discussions within the community. Players who, like myself, have been playing consistently since launch are being blocked without clear reason or resolution.

The lack of communication from EA regarding these issues is frustrating and disappointing for a large number of players. We feel abandoned due to the absence of transparency on whether and how EA is addressing these problems. If there is currently no solution available, I can understand that; however, I expect at the very least that EA acknowledges there are issues with playtime tracking and Transfer Market access. Not doing so severely undermines the trust players have in your service.

I strongly urge you to respond and take immediate action. I am willing to provide further details if necessary to ensure a solution is found for myself and the many others experiencing these issues. The current situation is unacceptable and requires your immediate attention.

    You have been no help whatsoever.

    3 weeks to unlock when a help article says a few days, it doesn't make up for the situation.

    You have provided absolutely no help to anyone, why are you still here?

    @N56_2007 I am literally trying to help all the people in this thread. You unlocking the market is proving I was right. People can now relax as they know it’s possible to unlock it.

    Of course it was going to unlock eventually, I don't think you have a a grasp on what people are annoyed about.

    IT SHOULD NOT HAVE TAKEN THIS LONG, pure and simple.

    All you have done in this similar threads is annoy people, how can you not see that??

    If you tag me one more time in a post I will report you, I have asked you multiple times to leave me alone this is harassment.
  • I am having the same issue as well. Despite having played more than 10 games per day, the playtime still show 0 matches. Which is why I believe my transfer market still remain unlocked and cannot hit the criteria of playing 3 matches per day.

    Anyone finally get access? Or someone from EA to help? Or at least acknowledge the problem?
