Issue regarding Quick Sell Restore Quota

We don't have the ability to change the quota. On the top right of your screenshot, I see 5 days 3 hours, this is most likely the time you might need to wait for the next recovery.

As a reminder, this quicksell recovery tool is only to use in case of an accident, it's his only purpose and shouldn't be used for anything else.

EA_Huxwhy do EA support / chat keep telling people to post on the forum regarding things that cant be sorted on here, its like there just trying to pass / palm them off when they fully well know people on here cant help them, even you guys are obviously limited to what you can help with as much as you try.

The other thread with the guy trying to get help with his ronaldo SBC from the server crash and has proof and contacted support and they are telling him to come on here, he doesnt know what else to do as people on here cant help him

EA_Hux​  if you guys can't change the quota, EA support can't change the quota, whats the answer? Who can do that?

I have the same exact issue but a little worst. Yesterday I quick sold Eto by accident instead of sending it to my club right after I finished the sbc. I go to recover it and for my surprise I have 0 restores available. How can I have none available if my last time using this feature was 2-3 months ago? 

Spoke with EA support and was told that they can do nothing about and to come here to post my issue. And now you guys are giving the same answer. Can't change the quota? If you guys can't, who can?

This error has to be some sort of bug and they can't look into it?

Or am I supposed to just say oh well? 

You all know how hard to to get players to finish this sbc's. This takes time and lots of patience. 

This is an error of their part and should be addressed accordingly and not leave the players at loss.
