Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure if it is subjective to my account, but I cannot access Ultimate team. Only after many attempts I am able to enter, and yet I can even access the store, change tactics or do anything of the above in Ultimate Team
What happens when the bug occurs? It kicks me back into the menus or it kicks me out of Ultimate Team
What should be happening instead? I should be able to access all option in Ultimate Team

It states when I try enter Ultimate team: Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu.

I am able to connect to seasons as well as co-op wich are other online modes but not Ultimate Team

I have the same problem I am not able to enter my ultimate team it shows me an error on ps4 version.

I am not able to go into ultimate team after buying the game.  i can go on everything else on fc 25 but as soon as i click ultimate team it says connecting to ultimate team is not possible.  i am connected to the ea servers and cant see anything online of how to sort this.

jus waited for a day n i got fixed, switching from to LAN to WIFI migh work

It is still not working for me, it is really frustrating!!!!

I’m writing to express my frustration with the early access version of FC 25. Despite purchasing the game early, I am unable to access Ultimate Team, which was one of the main reasons I got the game in advance. Every time I try to enter, I either get stuck or kicked out. Additionally, the companion app doesn’t work either, which only adds to my frustration.

My internet connection is perfectly fine, as other online modes are working without any issues. This clearly indicates that the problem lies within the Ultimate Team feature itself. Even on the rare occasion when I do manage to get into Ultimate Team, the game is incredibly laggy and I’m kicked out almost instantly.

It’s extremely disappointing to have these issues, especially after paying for early access. What’s the point of getting the game early if I can’t access the features that come with it? Can someone pls tell ,me if this is my ps5 problem or an EA problem

Everytime I want to get in Ultimate it shows a Message; in This moment you cant get in ultímate team, and it exit me out. What can i do?

Every time I try to enter ultimate team on ea fc 25, on my PS5 it kicks me out before I'm in, and it's only in one account, it doesn't allow me to enter from the web app or the companion app either.
