If you read the help page on reporting players they won’t tell you if they banned them or not. It’s for security purposes.
Yet they will email me specifically telling me that they did nothing. Not to mention that they don’t even have a report for cheating option in game, you have to go out into general EA profiles to find it. They are doing everything they can to NOT ban cheaters. “Security purposes” is quite the convenient excuse to not do their job.
