Missing FC Points After Purchase on Steam – No Response from EA
Hello EA Support and Community,
I purchased 5900 FC Points for EA SPORTS FC™ 25 through Steam, but they have not appeared in my account. I have followed all the recommended troubleshooting steps, including:
- Restarting the game and Steam.
- Verifying the purchase in Steam transaction history (confirmed successful).
- Checking my Steam purchase confirmation email.
- Confirming my Steam account is correctly linked to my EA account.
- Waiting over 24 hours for the points to appear.
Since the points were missing, I contacted Steam Support, and they confirmed that the purchase was completed successfully on their end. They advised me to contact EA for resolution.
I reached out to EA Help on March 28, 2025, provided all the required details and uncropped screenshots (proof of purchase, transaction history, and my conversation with Steam Support), but I have not received any response since then.
I kindly request urgent assistance in resolving this issue and ensuring that the 5900 FC Points are credited to my account. If anyone in the community has faced a similar problem, I would appreciate any advice on how to escalate the case.
