Can anyone help me ? My son spent all his pocket money on FIFA packs and one went missing. He opened it, saw the cards and then they didn’t appear in his team / squad ! Does anyone know why this happened or how I can retrieve the pack? I’m clueless on the PS5 but my son has autism and is beside himself !

Have you tried opening another pack to see if they are in unassigned items?
Also you can try logging out of ultimate team and even closing the game. Also try checking with the companion app. Other than that I don't know.

I'm sorry about that, probably my final suggestion would be to if you haven't already, go on the companion app and check quick sell recovery, just to be sure that the items weren't accidentally discarded.
