Missing premium pass Rewards.

Hi friends,

I’ve encountered an issue with the Premium Pass rewards in Season 7 of FC 25 Ultimate Team mode. I still haven’t received my rewards. After completing the 10,000 XP objective, the game glitched and acted as if I had already claimed the packs and players, even though I hadn’t.

I’ve contacted support five times about this issue. They acknowledged the problem, and although they said it was resolved yesterday, nothing has changed for me.

The support agent also mentioned that others have experienced this issue too, but I couldn’t find any related thread on the forum.

Has anyone else faced this, or am I the only one?
