Missing Skill Moves 4* Evo Future Stars Academy

I have completed the Future Stars Academy-Scout Report objective and all other objectives that add playstyles to my player. I have successfully completed all evos, and my player now is 84 rated, has one PS+ and 8 normal playstyles but 4* weak feet but 3* skill moves. I've looked everywhere, but I can't find the 4* skill moves evo that I should have received. Can you please help? *snip*

I have attached pictures showing my player with 3*, 4*, proof that I've completed the Future Stars Academy-Scout Report and my Future Stars Academy Evo "Portal".
