My team has been completely reset!

Hello. My account was banned on June 13th for unknown reasons. After various reviews by EA experts and filing a review request, it was unbanned a few days ago. But when I logged into Ultimate Team after this period, I saw that my club had been completely reset and it was as if I was logging into Ultimate Team for the first time and it asked me to create the team from scratch. But this only happened to the player cards. That is, the season level and FC points were in place, even the pack that I had not claimed was automatically claimed. Even the transfer ban is in place but none of the cards I had before the ban are. I filed a request again but I did not get any results. Please tell me what to do. Thanks

    There is nothing that we can do to assist here on the forums mohammad_sh_0076​.

    Our team will often remove a ban to give a user another chance but there may be items removed from the account in question.

    In the last email I received, it said that if you’ve tried the troubleshooting steps in our EA Help articles and still don’t see your content, try posting in EA Forums to get help from other players in the community... And you easily say that may be items removed from the account...Thank you for give me another chance to play but my question is, why should I come and build a team from scratch with only two months left in the game, when up until that moment, despite the transfer ban, I had the best cards in the game?  Why do other accounts keep their cards and items when they get out of the ban, but I have to start building a team from scratch?

    If you break the rules mohammad_sh_0076​ then there is the risk that your account will be actioned by our team.

    We cannot comment on any one specific TOS decision or why the outcome differs from case to case.
