New Players when searching Transfer Market

Was searching the transfer market the other day to check to see if some new signings in January for Chesterfield had a new card and noticed that players who had not previously been on ultimate team at all this year, where coming up in the search bar. I know EA has added the likes of James Rodrigues and De Gea etc, but they’re from bigger clubs/more high profile players. 

What I’m wondering is - will the new players be added to Ultimate Team seen as they are now able to be searched, have a photo and a player rating? Even for lower league teams? This would be brilliant for smaller clubs, especially Evo teams. 

For reference - players such as John Fleck,  Pepple and donacien are the players for chesterfield that appear when searching their names on the market - no actual cards created as of yet.
