Not receiving FC 25 points

did you buy the FC Points directly through EA or a third party seller? Please make sure that you bought Points for FC 25 and not FC 24 by mistake.

Otherwise, it can take 24 hours for points to actually be visible in the account.

No, I bought them through Playstation store. I am positive I got Fc 25 points. And I got a confirmation email for my purchase. I got them 3 days ago and the points haven’t appeared yet. 

In that case, please contact EA Support, so they can check what might've gone wrong here. We unfortunately don't have access to account and purchase information here in the forum.
